event contract email link broken

I have a customer trying to complete an online booking by signing the contract. when she clicks the Event Contract link in the email it takes her to the page shown in the attachment and not the contract. How do I go about fixing this? Thanks!

The lead may not be in the correct status. Make sure leads are in the contracted status if you send them their contract or else they cannot view it.
