No, it did it again today. Seems to be doing it with the yearly emails that go out when they got a quote or booked a year ago.

I just tested the email and it seemed to be working, I sent a test email to our support inbox and we received it.

I’m not sure yet because it seems to only be with yearly reminders to rebook us and I don’t think I have had any try to go out yet.

I changed your outgoing server setting, and was able to successfully send a reminder template to a test email. You can try sending again.

There was a temporary issue with the server your email is on. It has been fixed and you should be able to send emails.

I have no idea what is going on but I just got another error email

With automations this can happen, and they will make attempts to send again while notifying you on failures. If this is only happening with automations like yearly reminders now, then you can ignore them as long as they send on future attempts.

Mine resolved it's self. They did a test and it was working again. Mine has been on and off working for a few days.
