Checkout payment not working

Once my customers go to complete the booking and pay the credit card option is not opening to allow them to enter the card number but the gift card option seems to be working fine

I opened up a few contracts from your account and I see the section where customers can enter card information right under the visa/mastercard section. Could you send a screenshot of what customers are seeing under that section? Everything looks normal so I am wondering if customers may not be scrolling down far enough.
