Not receiving quote emails

Good afternoon, on 2 separate occasions today I have not received an email that said a client had created a quote and then another client submitted the contact request form and I did not receive an email for that either.

What are the leads where this behavior occurred?

The logs show the alerts were sent to winningedgeinflatables@gmail.com, did you check your spam and other boxes to make sure they didn't go there?

I checked there already and nothing.

In the Settings-->Email Preferences you need to setup your email, if using gmail you need to grant gmail permission.
