URL's changing in Auto texts

We setup an automatic text to go out after their rental asking for reviews. which links to a google review page.
The URL is changing in these texts - here is a screenshot of our template:
And here is a screenshot of the text that has gone out to all the customers - the link is different for every customer - why is it changing?
and the link takes forever to load...and sometimes it goes to the IO login page.

It's the link shortener setting. You have to turn it off.
