Search Queries Have Gotten SOOO Slow

Can something be done about the slowness of search queries, specifically when searching for leads & customers? It's gotten so slow that our phone customers are now asking what's taking so long to book an order.

Is this due to having a large database of leads and customers from over the years? If so, can something be done to improve the performance?

It looks like the software is running a little slow this morning. Let us know if it doesn't get better.

Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing thing for a few weeks now.

Hello,

Are you able to provide video examples of what you are doing for us to take a look at?

Thank you

Attached is a screen recording showing how long a simple lead query takes. It doesn't matter who the lead is for or when the lead is from, every search takes this long.

when you type in the Matt Test and it populates on the left try clicking on the keyword option see if that makes it go faster

sometimes if i see my search is slow i try that and it seems to go faster

I think we've tried everything at this point. I appreciate the suggestion though!

Instead of keyword...click on what the item is you are searching for...If Matt Test is the name on the lead...click on "contact full name" ...or if you are searching by organization, etc

It makes no difference what we click on, nothing we do speeds this query up. We've been dealing with it off and on for about a year at this point with no relief.

Any updates on this? Is there any additional info we can provide to get this resolved?

Our developers are working on this as we speak...I will let you know as soon as we have an update!

Remove the sorting on the Lead ID on the report you are using. When you do, it will sort by create time which will yield the same result but works better with our indexing.
