Good morning I have sent over a ticket earlier today as a urgent request and I have not received a response or call back. I do have these order who have items listed on the orders but when we go to print the items do not show on the contract.

Order # 27606598 We have switched the unit to castle #3 but when we go to print the contract it still shows Castle #1


Order # 27471800 We have added the party package and everything shows except the bouncer it is added in the system and it shows on the invoice but when we go to print the contract it does not show but it is not printing.


Order # 28009908 There are tables added but the tables do not show on the contract they show on the invoice but not on the contract.


All these orders are to be delivered today as this is why it was a urgent request but we have not heard from anyone. Please get back to us soon. - Mimi

When items are added/changed after a contract has been signed, a new contract will have to be generated to display these changes.
