Distance Fee Recalculation not working

On 2 recent leads I have changed the venue address but the distance fee will not calculate. The new address is outside of our free area, the "address issues" and recalculate function does not fix the issue.
How can I get the lead to refresh and correctly calculate the distance fee?

have you tried using the circle arrow beside total to force the recalc and you will also possibly get the warning message in the yellow bar on the bottom make sure to answer yes to allow it to recalc

Yes, that s what I meant by the recalculate function and no yellow bar either

Hello Jessie,
Happen to notice that the delivery method set for these leads is set to "Drop-Off" which is not a delivery method you have set for you location. You will need to change this for the distance to calculate.

Well my next step after I would have said try that feature would have been to do exactly what they said would be to check your delivery method
