canceled order contract

I am not able to see the contract of canceled orders from May 4. why is that. They are signed and payments are still on the orders and a school wants an updated contract showing we posted back a partial refund. How can I do this?

You'd more than likely need to send an invoice instead of the contract. Invoices update with changes while contracts are not much more than a static image after they are signed.

You cannot see the refund on the contract as the refund was completed after the contract was signed, and the system won't allow you to see a contract when the lead is not an a status that allows you to view the contract. You could send them the receipt showing the refund?

Thanks. How can I see the receipt? That email just sends a link but how can I see what I am sending and is it just that transaction or all transactions?
