How do I delete filters used by ex employees?

I have filters I've built and assigned to employees who are no longer with us. How can I delete them? See Stacy and Michael in the below image.

When you are logged in on admin account open the filter and view the report it is attached to and remove it from the report. Then you will be able to delete them.

I don't see the reports. I mean, I see them on the filter but not on the report list to be able to delete them.

The reports must have already been deleted. I have let developer know the filters that need removed and will let you know when I have an update.

When opening the filters, it will show where they are used. In the two examples I see, they are used on dashboards. These dashboard reports will need to be deleted to allow the filter to be deleted. If they worker is not approved, you will need to temporarily approve them to enable logging into the account again.
