Damage waiver fee

I want to add a description to the damage waiver explaining what it is but can't figure out what to do also can't figure out why it isn't auto-checking the box or sometimes without the box checked it still applies the fee
"Bouncing Buddies offers an optional 7% non-refundable damage waiver on all rental equipment to cover damage caused during the rental period." is what I would want to add for the description
