Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to change a lead delivery type after a lead has been dropped off? I am looking to change from "drop off" to "pick up" after the lead has been dropped off so that the team knows that it now needs to be picked up? My main goal is to be able to run a report that includes the leads that need to be dropped off on that day, as well as the leads that need to be picked up from a previous drop. Is there an easier way to do this? Or Am I missing something? Thank you

You can't change the delivery type. It's not intended for that use. You can use *delivery_or_return* variable on the packing list and if printed through the route planner they'll be able to tell what to do.
As far as the report goes. You can set the filter for delivery date for delivery and teardown date for returns to build a report each.
