Route planning

Hello, Currently our process of creating routes consists of using an excel doc which we import all of our customers, addresses, pick up and drop off times/dates, and what jumper they rent and how much they owe.. We then use that to manually organize all the drop offs and pickups in excel to create different routes based on location and timing.

As far as using IO goes, the delivery planner isn't to the point where its convenient for us to use yet. We would like to continue to export all the orders for the day into an excel doc so we can manually create the route. Does anyone have a good way of doing this? Or does any one know who to export all of the data mentioned above?

Thank you

If you go to Settings-->Reports...you can build a report with a column for each piece of information you need to export for each lead. Then run this report w/ the statuses and dates chosen on your leads page and there's an export button to the right of the report search box.

You can build a filter to filter which ones you do or do not want to see...under Settings-->Filter. It would be Delivery method contains "XX"

Then you can either attach it to the report (spot on bottom) ...or run the filter when running report on the leads page
