Shopping cart notes and specifics

I was wondering if there is an option to add notes on to the shopping cart plug in. I do more than bounce house rentals and would like specific notes on what the costumer would like to add/choose. This is a much easier way than to have them call me after placing an order online. ie: Security key code to access property, What color table cloths, What color table runners(million different colors), etc...
A notes section at check out would be nice! Sort of like what you see on a pizza delivery website...
Maybe the option is there and I don't see it.
