We would like to ask for a review after we complete a job. Our goal is to have positive, 4-5 star reviews to post to Google. For 1-3 star reviews we would like to opportunity to resolve the issue with the customer before they get posted.


Any suggestions?

You could send yourself a test thank you email from Email Center and test it out

Honestly, Google doesn't like gated review processes. I'd let the negatives go and just work out how you'll respond to them. That can go farther building trust than gating reviews.
