Menu missing from top of site

I just noticed that our menu from the top of our site is missing entirely. I watched videos and read the topics on editing it but everything looks to be set up correctly and still does not show up in the header on any pages of our site. Any ideas how to make this visible? Thanks!

Does this look like the correct menu? I can add it back on I just have to be sure I add the correct one back to your website. Let me know if this does not look like the same items that were previously on your menu.
