You need to allow microphone access on your browser.
Here is what I found from Google:
Under the Safari Settings go to the Websites tab > Microphone on the sidebar, then change the access for IO.

I have the ticket opened with our developers to see if they have any other suggestions to allow you to record. I will let you know what they advise.

Okay. Please leave ticket OPEN, however, we were able to convert voice file and upload to IO. We still believe that there maybe a bug for recording directly into IO. Waiting on Developer response.

Here is what our developer advised:
There is a setting for microphone access in safari. I would make sure that setting is set to “Ask” or “Allow”. Also there may be mac os settings that are restriction microphone access to safari.
Just to verify, the allow or ask access setting you are accessing is within the Safari settings?
