Damage waiver stays checked

The damage waiver is Staying Checked on auto booking, even though I have it set as unchecked, which is resulting in a higher cost for my consumers, which leads me to believe I have lost captures on potential quotes as there’s an additional fee that I don’t believe they understand why. Can you guys fix the issue and make sure it’s not auto checked as I request?

During my troubleshooting of this the damage waiver was unchecked on the checkout page and did not auto apply when I attempted to book. Do you have an example of a lead that did not have it checked and the fee applied? On my testing I was unable to replicate the issue you have expressed.
