Auto Booking

I have one item (Castle) in Bounce Houses that will not allow customer to book. It just says "availability must be verified". All other items allow customer to book and choose dates/times etc. How do I get this to do the same?

Did you accidentally set booking restrictions in the advanced tab of the item settings?

Good morning, I did a test lead and it allowed me to book it. I left it on your leads page to see. I did move it to a quotes status so that it doesn't hold the inventory.
