There may be an issue with the image file uploaded. Are you able to try to reupload the logo under Settings-->Account Preferences?

that worked. But now when i try to send test email it says revoke and grant gmail permission?

you need to reset your email permissions

I tried and never got the gmail permissions to work.

One location is working ok...you need to go back to Powell Events Rentals...the email preferences for that location. Revoke...and then regrant Gmail permission.
