A couple issues...

1. a few customers have called saying they are having trouble. When I look at the lead the address is not populated in either the Customer or Event field.. one or the other not both.. I created Lead

25402811 and it is doing this.

2. When creating lead 25402811, I got the message attached in the screenshot.

What is happening?

It looks like it's the combination of of 'restict by quotes' being on where it's restricting by zip, and a partial quote being submitted. a partial quote doesn't yet have the zip code entered, so the system deletes it at this stage, then when they finish filling in the info, it leaves discards the original deleted lead and creates a new one (assuming they entered a valid zip). we will likely not get to fixing this until next week. in the mean-time i've disabled your partial quote status as a work-around.

The underlying bug was fixed. You can reactivate the partial lead status if you want.
