Event, Venue and Customer notes

I have some questions about event, venue and customer notes
- What forms or reports do these fields show up on by default?
- Can I add them to forms or reports? If yes, how?

I don't think they show up anywhere by default but you can add them almost wherever you want.

Normally you keep customer notes "private" because these are attached to the customer...not the lead. So, I wouldn't list on quote confirms, contracts.
Event and venue notes can be placed on any template...I think the default/original contract template have the event notes on it.
