Sync Problem

Hi, every time that I add a new item to the inventory no matter how many times i force to sync, the old info keeps coming back. Is there a way to resolve this without having to depend on support?

I had the same problem. I was told to do a sync, then on Wordpress go to Autoptimize- "clear ccs". I've been doing this every single time I make changes. I noticed it takes about 5-10 min to take effect.

What do you mean by old info... I don't think I am following. If you are still needing help with this could you go into more detail on what's going on?
