reviews not showing up on website

I found where i get the code to put into the website to show the reviews, but i cant find where to paste it so that it shows up on the website. Can someone direct me to where it needs to be so I can get the actual reviews on the website?

Is this the IO reviews or Google? Where did you want them? You will need to add a shortcode widget to where you want it on the page and then paste code there. If you want help just let us know where

I want them where the default io reviews are since those arent official reviews of my company. and yes its the google reviews

I just went and looked and it's still just showing the original review from io when I created the site
