Inflatable office App not working properly

When using the app on the phone, some orders can't even be opened- then the ones that do open, are discombobulated and hard to view.

Exactly what happens, I have an order that can't be opened with the app, if i try to open it and then pick another order to open, the next order opens in blanks. You see subtotal, sales tax, total balance fields only and they are blank.

Is there something that can be done to fix this?
