Cart shows item is unavailable but its available

Our website is https://rentallfl.com. When persons add an item to cart, it shows "Some items are not available on that date". The item is available, we set the quantity to infinity. Users are unable to check out as the Check Out button is diabled.

I don't know this for a fact but the time picker seems wonky. I can't change the start time and the end time is blank.


Ok I went back and the end time showed as 5a and the start time is 8a. Are those outside your operating hours set in IO? I still can't change it on mobile.


Edit. Just looked at your screenshot and that thought is out the window. However, ALL of your item prices are showing in the cart as $0.00 while the prices display on the website. so there may be a problem there.

No Jen H. This problem continues. I have had to BYPASS Inventory and availability ENTIRELY be setting the quantity available for each item to infinity. This is a TERRIBLE work-around and is now causing all manner of overbooking issues.

As long as we set an item to any quantity other zero, the online booking says it is not available and restrict the customer from making the booking. This is crazy.

Furthermore:

I would like to track inventory but not restrict customers from making an online booking when inventory is low or unavailable. Sure, we want to be notified so we can source the items from other vendors.

I think your pop out cart shortcoder is messed up to start with. I can't select the date/time the calendar is minimized and no button to expand or select. Vince, if you want to email me at Burkholder.chad1@gmail.com (hope I don't get spammed 😬) I can possibly jump in and help see what needs to happen.

I removed the "Unlimited" check mark for the following two items in the cart in my screenshot to show this has been fixed.


You should be able to remove the unlimited setting on your inventory and everything should be functioning correctly.

I See what you mean. Is there a way to hide our inventory count from the customer on the website? We would prefer not to broadcast our inventory size
