Delivery and Pick Up windows

We are trying to send an automated text to our clients with a window of time for their deliveries and picks. There is a delivery end time function ( *deliverywindowtime_end* ) That gives back the correct end time of the delivery window from the lead page. But there is no functions for delivery start or any for the pick up times. Am I missing something?

You can use the *setupstart* variable for this!

That only gives us the time that the delivery planner says we will get there. But if we want to inform our clients that we may show up earlier than that, there is no way to automate that. Example: If our planner says our arrival time is at 9am but we want to give the client a window of 8am-11am (which we could set in the delivery window of the lead page) there is no way to accurately send that out via auto text/email

No we don't have a way to do this....you would just have to put in the template you will be there 9am...but could up to 2 hours early
