How come when I get a lead and respond to it. couple hours later I will get another alert with same lead in email?
also I will get an email with an item. I will check the lead its the same item. Ill go to reply to the lead but now the item is different why is that?

do you have it set up where the client and update the lead as they change their minds? you can set the time to change window if you dont want them to in settings/online quoting
