payments processing twice

we have had a few customers make a payment when auto booking and for whatever reason they are getting blocked or an error and shows as if a payment wasn't made on their side of the website also it doesn't show in IO under payments (but it was processed because it shows up on our openedge log and their credit card pending). They then make another payment. After about 10 minutes it finally shows up in IO and the automated emails go out.

There have been some issues with Global and there is a ticket in, I have added yours to the ticket.
