The timepicker restrictions in the inflatableoffice WP plugin is what I'm referencing by "earliest hour" (see figure 1). On my quote request page, I want Event End time to reset to the earliest hour of my timepickers when the Event End date changes to the following day. For example, if the Event End date/time is set as in figure2, I would like figure3 to be the result if the user was to change the Event End date to the following day.

Unfortunately this won't work we can't have the time picker change based on multi/next day, it's still going to go 9A-9P
