not charging for an accessories

Customers are renting our cotton candy machine and sno cone machine with the "Additional 60 Servings" Option and being charged $0.00, despite the item being priced. As far as I can see, there is nothing making this happen. On the lead, it shows the price of the additional servings being crossed out and saying $0.00 instead. It is active.
