HUGE PROBLEM- DROP DOWN OPTIONS NOT SHOWING

We cannot create new leads in the system because drop down options for the following are missing. They simply disappeared. Works on automation during checkout but not on the back end. Therefore, we are unable to create manual quote requests.

-Delivery Type
When we enter the address it is not calculating the distance charges.

The drop downs are working back end when adding a lead along with the distance charges when troubleshooting this in support. We will need examples where this is not working as expected and should be. You can give us a lead id and screenshot that would be helpful as well.

How are you expecting this setup surface fee to calculate? I see the lead is set for indoor and on that surface type you have a $5.00 tie down fee but the item on the lead Interactive Challenge has no tie down set on the extra details of the item.
