I saw this SERP of our site. The inventory option is only showing the footer text of our website. Is Google unable to read the IO Plugin Pages? I wish our SERP's would show our main categories "Tent Rentals" " Table Rentals" "Chair Rentals" but it never seems to show anything logical. Has anyone figured out a way to boost SEO of IO pages? Thanks in advance.

The links you mention are called site links and they are chosen by Google, you can learn about ways you can influence them in the link I'll share below. For the inventory page, I would recommend you add some text to the page as Google will try to populate the description from it. Currently, you have some text that we generate for you but adding a more clear concise paragraph about and using the word Inventory specifically could help.
