Item "Description" Missing

Weird - one of my rental units won't show the actual typed in description?? Strange. I checked to make sure the color is there - it is. and the description in the editing only shows up when I click a grey little window that says "Product description"?

Have I selected something to make it hide?? When I go to the inventory section in I/O and select it, the entire description is there. When I look in the WP Page of this it is only showing if I hit the grey box

I have a ticket opened for our web developers to take a look and unhide the description. I will let you know once this is complete

Hey Brittany,

Thanks - it is working fine now in Google Chrome.

However, it won't display on Firefox Mozilla??? Weird..... I attached a picture to show the url is correct and the "Circuits Needed", but no description.

I've cleared Cache and History. It shows the other one fine - Tiki -attached it

Our recommended browser for the software is Chrome. Unfortunately we do not recommend using FireFox.
