Tax Exempt field

Hello, I’ve notice several customers are selecting “Yes” in the Tax exempt field. Is it possible that when they select “Yes” an additional field would display to include the ID number and for them to upload the document and make the fields required? I think this would avoid them from selecting “Yes” if they are truly not exempt. Also, when I try to change it back the sale tax is not recalculated. See screenshot. Thanks

We can add a box for the customer to add their ID but it wouldn't necessarily only pop up if they click yes...it would be there for all customers

Ok can the id field be required if they select yes and the field to upload the document?

Unfortunately, no if we make it required it would be required for everyone
