Need help with Payment - Square Payments

Started today when I am making a lead and go to input the credit card info for the customer to pay. I get this error

ErrorError loading Square payment form: Square is not defined

and nothing comes up to make the payment.

I have tried unlinking my Square account then relinking and that does not work.

What is the lead # where this occured?
