Is there a way to add autobooking vs. no-autobooking in a filter? I want to run some automations only on leads that customers booked themselves. Thank you!

There isn't a way to filter by autobooked or not, but you could set one up based on book date. That is what is set when a customer autobooks.

What about when I book on the back end... doesn't it still have a "book date"?

Yeah once you set the status to contract on the backend it sets the book date.

So is there no reliable way to use filters to identify autobooked leads?


WAIT.... I have an idea! I can make new statuses for manually booked events that mimic the autobooked statuses, right?! ...and then filter on those!

Yeah that could work possibly and just uncheck the autobook option on the status you create. And yes you could filter on those statuses. I think it would be worth trying out.
