location issue

added a 3rd location (premier events MD ) and now I know longer can access web info and cart for 2nd location (rental hall) and NONE of my locations are able to save leads they all divert to a partial status but will not indicate why?
Please help as this a causing a delay getting quotes to clients in reasonable manner and I currently have no alternative method via IO to convert any leads manually.

Apologies for the delay. It looks like you may be aware, you should be able to create leads in a quote status. It looks like there was an issue with the optional fields that was causing an issue. Our developers were able to work on this and get it fixed.
