Does I/O allow Leads/Customer to access their account to
Locate, retrieve and update their cart after they have left a session
Reprint invoice or contract?
IO does not have any features that would allow customers to access their profiles or leads as you do on the backend. There isn't a way for customers to "log in" to an account.
If they leave a session, there is no guarantee they will have access to the information that was input.
If they had previously received a contract or invoice email from you and still have access to that email, they would be able to click the contract/invoice link and have access. Otherwise, you would need to manually send.
Once the contract is sent (the lead is in contracted status), they will not be able to edit the contract themselves.
