Price set doesn't match price quoted

I have tried everything to set my price to $350 on my inflatable.

Even just making it simply, 350 no matter how long they have it.

When we test the website and go through the motions of making a quote, it make the line item $385.

Please not that this is not tax and the tax is added later.

When I go to the lead it creates, I see no extra charges and the line item is 385.

Has anyone else seen this?

This is possibly not it, but did you create it as a vendor item and then in the vendor settings add a percent upcharge?

It looks like you have this inflatable as a vendor item. The vendor you have listed has a markup of 10%. If you want to remove this markup amount, go to Settings-->Vendors and remove the markup price from the vendor.

Ok, I think I know what happened then.

I added the vendor on the Inventory page when I added the item to the inventory I thought that it meant who I purchased the inflatable from so I can know where to purchase another if I need to replace it.

So it must add a 10% markup by default and actually mean a partner or consumable.

I will remove the Vendors from the system.

Thank you very much.

Yeah, for that information, you should be able to add a manufacturer and model at the top under inventory name.
