My delivery planner has 4 routes scheduled for January 2 2024. only 3 are showing on the worker site?

How can I get all 4 to show up.

Only one location has shifts that day if you look at the delivery planner. lights around event installer

Looking into this. Can you confirm what login you are logged into when you are doing your testing?

We believe only the 3 are showing because truck 2 and 3 have the same times assigned.

I've stepped away from the computer. But if you take the time to look at both the desktop view on the back end of the delivery planner in IO and compare that with the worker site View you'll see that there's one truck route completely missing. There's four in IO delivery planner and only three on the worker site and you can see it's not just one stop missing it's an entire route of seven or eight stops missing on a route

so if the times are the same on shifts they won't show? this hasn't happened before?
