Receipt Screen for a Contract

I was at Finalize Contract screen and I selected "Receipt" under the "Print a copy of the contract for your records" section (see attachment) and it opens the Payment Receipt screen (see attachment). However, when I click on Return to Contact a new screen opens with noting on it (see attachment).
