Book Now Page Issues

Ok,
So a few issues I'm having on the book now page.
1.) If a customer picks an item that is available and then changes their event date afterwards, it makes that item show up as unavailable even though it isn't.
2.) If a customer changes their event date in the cart window and then goes to the "book now" button it doesn't keep this event date, it reverts back to todays date.
3.) On the book now page items do not display the availability count.
