Pricing incorrect

Hello
we have created new items and set the price as 1995$, regardless of how long they have it
But when i put it on a quote or if i look on the web site, price shows: 2194.50$
Why ?

For the vendor "Channal" you have a 10% markup under Settings-->Vendors
