Anyone know. how I can use packing list statuses without the app?

We have a computer in the warehouse and want to be able to update statues but can't seem to find where it's hidden.

These are specifically for the app and for the check in and out list

Oh Brilliant.

So the workaround for that would be to create 10 new lead statuses to accomplish the same, and then have an automation to change the packing list status based on the lead status, makes sense? is it doable?
