Rental Item Count / Billing

When trying to determine the rental item count, if I remove an item from the website does it still count towards the number of rental items we have? I'm asking because we are going to be teetering the 35 item line and we have items that don't currently move at all during select seasons. We would like to replace them with more seasonal items but do not want to have to go through the hassle of re-adding the items at a later point and having to re-upload images, descriptions, and refigure some of the more complicated conditional pricing.

You can make items that are not used during different seasons inactive, (see screenshot) uncheck Active and also show item in the quote form so that it removes from the website. Then when your ready you can make it active again and recheck both.
