Pricing Change between Lead and Invoice/Pack List

Hello,
We have a come across an issue with pricing changing between what is shown when we create the lead in IO and what is sent to the customer on invoices and quotes as well as what we see when we print our pack lists.
The total cost for the rental ends up the same in all instances but these exorbitant differences in price cause quite a panic in our customers. I have included screen snips below and we will not be editing the lead pictured so that someone can look into it.

Also notice here how there is only lines for the dance floor installation as well as the sub floor and not for the dancefloor itself like in the lead.

This is because you have the accessories to the Dance Floor -input #of pieces listed as a separate rental unit in the advanced accessories options:
If you uncheck this setting, each accessory will list out the pricing correctly.
