Lead 9318415 not showing on delivery router

The lead was a "save a copy as" copy and is showing correctly everywhere else except the routing page. Please help

It looks like you got it on there...when you save a copy of a lead you would need to be sure to change the event dates/times as well as the delivery window/pick up window dates/times.

They were blank, but once I changed them on the contract tab, it populated on the delivery list. Just a heads up as Ive never seen this happen and use "save as" frequently.
