review results - report of full results

I am trying to put together a report that shows all answers in the survey, but I seem to be only able to see those on individual leads and then a score on the Reviews page.
Can I get a report of these individual results? I'm trying to see all the ones that said they would not book again and find commonalities.

Hi I did try to create you a report but there is just no way to get the results of the survey onto a report, I did create a report and named it Survey at best it will pull all the leads that completed the survey.
