Where do I edit the finalize contract page?
I need to remove "A deposit must be made to complete booking and reserve rental items."
Remove gift card option
"Cash will be due on delivery." need to say "Cash or Card accepted on delivery."
Also need to remove any reference to mailing in a signed contract.

either in settings>contract templates OR settings>pages/templates>contract page. Based on your question, the second option is the one you want but it may be the first. Can't tell without a pic.

You will go to settings--> pages/templates then click contract page. There you can make any changes needed to your contract page.
